Boyzlife drops new single ‘ Lovebirds’ ahead of SA visit for Gary Player’ s 90th birthday celebration

International pop duo Boyzlife, made up of Brian McFadden and Keith Duffy, have released their new single, “Lovebirds”.
The track marks the latest step in their ongoing musical journey and reflects the energy of two performers who have spent decades on stage.
“‘Lovebirds’ captures the essence of what Boyzlife has become – two artists making the music we genuinely love,” said McFadden.
“It’s about staying true to the emotional connection we’ve always had with our fans.”
Duffy added, “We’re incredibly excited to share ‘Lovebirds’ with our fans. This song represents everything we love about making music together. It’s authentic, emotional and connects directly with our audience.”
The release follows the success of previous singles such as “I Would”, “Dancing With The Echoes” and “Save the Day”.
Since forming in 2016, Boyzlife has grown from performing intimate storytelling tours to becoming one of the most in-demand live acts across the world.
Their 2020 album “Strings Attached”, recorded with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, topped the UK and Irish iTunes charts and reached number 12 on the Official Album Chart.
Their 2022 original album, “Old School”, further demonstrated their creative growth. Together, McFadden and Duffy have combined record sales of over 80 million from their original groups.
Their live performances, filled with hits, have earned them a reputation as more than a collaboration.
In November 2025, Boyzlife will visit South Africa to celebrate golf legend Gary Player’s 90th birthday. The visit will also support the charitable initiatives of the Gary and Vivienne Player Foundation.
During the trip, the duo will also connect with Gavin Edwards, the lead singer of Prime Circle.
“South Africa holds such a special place in our hearts,” said McFadden.
“We’ve been lucky enough to visit many times to support important social causes, and the warmth we feel from the people is just incredible. We’d love to come back and finally share our new music with those fans as Boyzlife.”
“Bringing a full show here and playing our new songs for our South African supporters is definitely at the top of our list.”
