Several squad cars have surrounded a home on Winston Avenue off Park Avenue. People who live in the area say there are many cops and at least a half-dozen squad cars on the scene. One eyewitness told VOCM News that there appeared to be an attempt by an officer outside to communicate with a person inside the home
