FanDuel NFL Best Bets: TSN staff Your Way picks for Week 9

Week 9 of the NFL Season has arrived, and we are back with another set of Best Bets from our TSN Betting team.
If you’re looking for more plays, check out Domenic Padula’s Week 9 Playbook for all of TSN’s lead sports betting analysts’ plays for the day.
Let’s get to the action. Here are our team’s best bets.
Domenic Padula: JuJu Smith-Schuster over 10.5 receiving yards
Rashee Rice is back. Xavier Worthy is back. Kareem Hunt will be the lead running back against Buffalo’s run-funnel defence. Here I am going with Juju over 10.5 receiving yards as my favourite play for NFL Sunday Week 9. He’s gone over his mark in seven of eight games this season. He’s averaged 36.0 receiving yards per game. The Chiefs trust JuJu as a blocker and a reliable threat over the middle of the field. I’ll trust him to get 11 or more receiving yards in the Game of the Week.
Connor Ford: Marvin Harrison Jr. 60 or More Receiving Yards (-115)
The Cowboys’ defence is the gift that keeps on giving if you’ve been betting overs on opposing wide receivers. Dallas has allowed the most receiving yards and touchdowns this season, while ranking dead last in Yards Per Target (9.99). Marvin Harrison Jr. is the next candidate to torch this porous secondary.
Harrison has had a disappointing sophomore campaign considering his lofty expectations entering the year, but he’s still the clear target in this offence outside of Trey McBride. Harrison has averaged nearly 64 yards in his last four games, despite leaving one of those games early with a concussion.
The Cardinals’ offence has arguably looked better with Jacoby Brissett at quarterback – and it looks like he’ll start again on Sunday as Kyler Murray continues to recover from a foot injury. Arizona has averaged 40 pass attempts in the two Brissett starts, compared to just 32 attempts per game in the five games Murray has started. I expect Harrison to have plenty of chunk plays against potentially the worst defence in the league.
Drew Morrison: Tyjae Spears Over 14.5 receiving yards
Spears has had an increasing role in the Titans’ offence since returning from an ankle injury he suffered in the preseason. Spears has always been a threat as a receiving back, but last week he out-rushed Tony Pollard by 15 yards on two fewer carries. He’s had at least three catches and 18 yards in each of his last three games, all Titans losses. Tennessee is a double-digit underdog against the Chargers in week 9. I expect a similar, if not an elevated role for Spears out of the backfield.
Luke Bellus: N/A
I have woken up a heartbroken boy this Sunday morning. Football article, I know. But the dream of winning the World Series died yesterday, and I am sad.
My best bet for NFL Week 9 is to cherish the memories of October, they just might have been the best days of our lives.
See you next week.
(If I had to give a best bet this week, I’d go with Detroit and Kansas City on the moneyline at +110. They ain’t losing today.)
[But I am sad]
