Dad-of-four Jack, 39, is likely to have the greatest attention on him among the all-star cast owing to the spotlight which has been on the Osbourne family since Ozzy’s death.
A TV insider said: “He is believed to be going into the jungle with full support of his mother and his sister Kelly.
“Jack is very likely to discuss Ozzy, which will be an incredibly moving moment for the campmates and for viewers and fans of the adored rocker.
“I’m a Celeb bosses are thrilled to have bagged Jack. He’s been a star in his own right since shooting to fame on The Osbournes 23 years ago.”

London-born Jack was first seen on the hit fly-on-the-wall documentary series, which followed him, sister Kelly and their parents in the family’s LA home.
Now he is back in the limelight following the death of his father in July.
He was seen next to his mother and siblings mourning Ozzy’s passing and featured in two recent documentaries about his rock star dad.
Jack proved he has a taste for adventure in ITV’s Jack Osbourne: Adrenaline Junkie from 2005 to 2009, and on the History channel’s Ozzy & Jack’s World Detour from 2016 to 2018.
He will be joined in the jungle by stars including soap actresses Shona McGarty and Lisa Riley, TV sports host Alex Scott, comedian Ruby Wax and rapper Aitch.
ITV said: “Any names suggested for I’m a Celebrity are speculation.”
