Selling Sunset: Nicole brutally speaks out on rumours she was ‘fired’ from the Oppenheim Group

**Contains spoilers on Selling Sunset season 9**
Selling Sunset season nine is one of the best series of reality TV we’ve seen in a while.
The drama! The intrigue! The outfits!! The ostentatiously gorgeous real estate!!
However, the show has left us with some pending questions, such as was Nicole really fired from the Oppenheim group?
Well, in addition to all the sleuthing that we’ve been undertaking, Nicole has also spoken out about the plotline on the show: which appears to show her being asked to leave the Oppenheim group after making a heated comment referencing Chrishell’s parents.
Now, Nicole has spoken to Tudum and stated that she was, in fact, not fired: and has got candid about airing her frustration with the plotline.
“That storyline was frustrating for me, because the truth of the matter is I was never fired from the office or The Oppenheim group,” Nicole says.
She also clarified her absence has everything to do with the style of work at the group: the realtors are independent contractors and don’t need to clock in every day. “Not coming into the office and continuing to work and do business, that wasn’t a huge deal.”
She also noted that, watching the plotline back, she had some concerns about how this might impact her career-wise, thinking, “Hey, this is going to affect my professional reputation.”
She also weighed in on the fact that she seems to be moving to Nashville, stating that despite the change in location, she may well be back on the LA real estate scene at some point,“My new priority will be Nashville, but it definitely won’t be goodbye to LA real estate.”
So, there you have it!
