It doesn’t get much better than this from Nacua
Puka Nacua missed the last game and a half with an ankle injury but he returned to the field on Sunday against the New Orleans Saints. And boy, is he back.
Once the NFL’s leading receiver, Nacua picked up right where he left off before the injury, going off in the first half against the Saints. His best play of the game came in the second quarter on a deep shot by Matthew Stafford down the right sideline.
Nacua elevated over the defender and somehow hauled in the pass, coming down in bounds for a 39-yard touchdown to give the Rams a 20-3 lead.
With that catch, Nacua now has six receptions for 87 yards and a touchdown in only 24 minutes of action.
