The US LBM Coaches Poll No. 13 Notre Dame Fighting Irish remain in the playoff hunt after a 34-24 victory over the USC Trojans last week, and now the Irish get a bye week before facing Boston College.
Notre Dame could use the rest, with some key players banged up. Hopefully, the time off after the emotional win over USC doesn’t lead to a letdown against BC.
If Notre Dame takes care of business, the Irish will look even better as a potential college football playoff team.
