Jaguars’ WR Brian Thomas Jr. appears on latest injury report

Jaguars’ WR Brian Thomas Jr. appeared on the team’s latest injury report.
Jacksonville Jaguars’ wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. popped up on the first Week 9 injury report.
Thomas Jr. was officially listed as limited with a shoulder injury. He reportedly wore a non-contact pinnie during practice.
Thomas Jr. has been on the injury report previously this season, but that was due to a wrist injury.
It’s been an up-and-down season up to this point for Thomas Jr., to say the least. He’s been targeted heavily, with 55 passes thrown his way, but he’s hauled in just 27 of those throws.
At times, he and Trevor Lawrence haven’t been on the same page, while dropped passes have been a factor as well.
Lawrence, however, remains confident in Thomas Jr.
“I got all the confidence that he’s going to play really well and be just fine,” Lawrence said.
While Thomas Jr.’s name popped up in a trade report over the weekend, Liam Coen quickly denied that being a possibility on Monday.
Thomas Jr.’s practice status moving forward over the next two days will be worth monitoring.
