Millie Bobby Brown Reportedly Accused Co-Star David Harbour Of Harassment

The controversy surrounding David Harbour continues to grow, with new reports alleging that his Stranger Things co-star Millie Bobby Brown accused him of bullying and harassment during production of the show’s fifth and final season.

According to The Mail on Sunday, Brown lodged a formal complaint with Netflix before filming began, with “pages and pages of accusations” reportedly prompting an internal investigation that lasted several months.

The results of the inquiry have not been made public, and sources close to the production have clarified that the allegations did not involve sexual misconduct.

Off set, Harbour’s personal life has been equally scrutinised. His former wife, singer-songwriter Lily Allen, has spent recent weeks promoting her album West End Girl, a project that explores themes of betrayal, infidelity and heartbreak.

The album, inspired by her four-year marriage to Harbour, paints an unflattering portrait of the actor as a cheater and “sex addict.” Fans have analysed its lyrics for insight into the couple’s turbulent relationship, which ended late last year.

Most recently, a woman named Natalie Tippett has come forward claiming to be “Madeline,” the mysterious woman Allen references across two songs on the album.

In Tennis, she sings:
“So I read your text, and now I regret it / I can’t get my head ’round how you’ve been playing tennis / If it was just sex, I wouldn’t be jealous / You won’t play with me and who’s Madeline?”

Later, in Madeline, Allen delves deeper:
“How long has it been going on? Is it just sex or is there emotion? / He told me it would stay in hotel rooms, never be out in the open.”

Netflix has declined to comment on the claims involving Brown, although insiders told The Mail that the actress, now 21, was accompanied by a personal representative on set.

The controversy comes at a pivotal time for the streamer, which is preparing to release the show’s highly anticipated finale in three parts: the first on November 26, followed by episodes on Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.

Since completing filming, Brown has married actor Jake Bongiovi, adopted a baby girl and relocated to Georgia, where the couple operates an animal rescue centre. Once celebrated as Netflix’s breakout teen star, she is now an entrepreneur, wife and mother whose life feels far removed from the supernatural chaos of Hawkins, Indiana.

Yet as Stranger Things prepares to take its final bow, the off-screen turmoil threatens to overshadow what should be a global celebration of one of television’s most iconic series.
