Wizards of the Coast (WotC) has revealed a new Secret Lair drop — Secret Lair Countdown Kit: An Encyclopedia of Magic.
*Editor’s Note: WotC has updated their original article which erroneously stated that cards in this drop were traditional foil by default. Their corrected article clarifies that cards in this drop will be non-foil by default, with a small chance to appear in either traditional foil or halo foil treatments.
This special Secret Lair drop features 26 iconic Magic cards (one for each letter of the alphabet), reprinted with new artwork from veteran and first-time MTG artists alike. Each card in this “A-to-Z compendium” is individually wrapped and has a chance to appear in traditional foil or, on rare occasions, halo foil*.
The Secret Lair Countdown Kit: An Encyclopedia of Magic can be yours for $199.99 and purchased exclusively through the Secret Lair Marketplace beginning November 3. A complete card list for this drop will be available at a later date.
