AC/DC announces Madison show at Camp Randall Stadium

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Get ready to rock- AC/DC is making a stop at Camp Randall Stadium next year.

Live Nation announced Monday the iconic band is continuing its “Power Up” tour with 21 stops, including one in Madison.

AC/DC will perform on July 19, 2026, at Camp Randall.

Since playing its very first show on Dec. 31, 1973, Live Nation said AC/DC has become known as one of the most influential rock bands in history.

With Angus Young on lead guitar, Brian Johnson on vocals, Stevie Young on rhythm guitar, Matt Laug on drums and Chris Chaney on bass, AC/DC has sold out stadiums on multiple continents, sold out albums each year and had billions of streams.

Tickets will be available starting at 10 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 7. You can purchase them online.

Camp Randall held three concerts this year, marking the first time in 28 years that music returned to the stadium. Country music star Morgan Wallen held two shows in June, while Coldplay performed in July.
