Westlife are coming back to Belfast and fans will be desperately trying to get their hands on tickets as the presale for next year’s tour launched on Monday morning.

The Irish boyband is set to perform across three nights in Belfast’s SSE Arena as part of their 25th anniversary tour.

Extending their record for the most shows ever performed at the SSE Arena, Shane, Nicky, and Kian will perform in Belfast from 27–29 October 2026.

Fans who were able to secure a presale code by signing up before Sunday morning had the opportunity to be the first to try and get tickets for Westlife’s Belfast shows on Monday morning.

However, many took to social media to complain about their experience on the Ticketmaster website, calling it a “shambles” as they were faced with error messages.

One said: “Westlife preslae was an absolute mess,” while another added “you’d think in 2025 Ticketmaster would be fit for purpose”.

Senior BBC NI weather presenter Barra Best took to X to share his frustrations with the presale after being faced with a message reading “there was an unexpected error while processing your request” before asking him to log out of his account.

He said: “Come on @TicketmasterIre – what’s the craic with the @westlifemusic tickets?”

Others report the queue to accessing tickets having been “paused” while others were faced with a “something went wrong message” while getting through the line to buy tickets.

If you missed out on the presale or faced problems while on Ticketmaster, all remaining tickets will go on sale Thursday, October 23 at 9am.
