Fundraising underway for teens killed in fatal Halloween crash in Warrington. How to help

Halloween accident claims three teams on Bucks County road

Warrington Police have not released the names of 3 teens killed, and a fourth in “very critical” condition following an Oct. 31, 2025 car accident in Warrington.

The lone survivor of a Halloween car accident that took the lives of three teenagers remains in the intensive care unit of a Philadelphia hospital where he underwent surgery Saturday, according to police.

Warrington Police offered the brief update on the condition of the unidentified teen Sunday, as the department continues its investigation into the Oct. 31 accident in the 2600 block of Bristol Road.

Go-Fund-Me campaigns have been started to help with funeral costs for the families of two of the teens who died. Grief counseling will be available on Nov. 3 in the Neshaminy school district, where at least two of the victims attended.

The Bucks County Crash Team and the Warrington Township police will conduct a full inspection of the involved vehicles on Monday as part of the ongoing accident reconstruction, the department said in an update Sunday posted to “Crimewatch.”

 “We appreciate the community’s continued patience and understanding as this investigation proceeds,” the post said.

What happened on Bristol Road Halloween night?

Warrington police on Saturday said a “very preliminary” report suggests a Toyota Camry the teens were riding in was traveling east in the 2600 block of Bristol Road near the former Fox Subacute Center around 9:30 p.m. when the driver lost control approaching a downward crest. The Camry crossed into the westbound lane of Bristol Road where it struck a Ford Explorer. The driver of the SUV was not injured. Most of the damage to the Camry was concentrated on the passenger side in what police called a “side-angle” crash. The portion of Bristol Road where the accident occurred has no shoulders and a 35-mph posted speed limit.

Who is Aziz Umidovich Amonov?

Police have identified front seat passenger as Aziz Umidovich Amonov, 18, of the Trevose section of Lower Southampton, police said. Amonov was a senior at Neshaminy High School in Middletown. The Bucks County Coroner’s Office confirmed Amonov is from Uzbekistan, which is the most populated country in Central Asia.

Who is Elkhan Saparbekov?

Elkhan Saparbekov was the 15-year-old Camry driver. He was a freshman at Neshaminy High School who was fatally injured in the accident, and later pronounced dead at Abington-Jefferson Hospital. A Go-Fund-Me campaign to raise money for funeral costs identified Elkhan and Warrington Police Chief Daniel Friel confirmed his name. As of Sunday evenng, the GFM had raised more than $15,000 toward a $20,000 goal.

Who is Kozyrev Artem?

Kozyrev Artem is believed to be the 16-year-old rear seat passenger who died. The Blazers Youth Ice Hockey Club in Philadelphia posted on the team’s Facebook Page that he was a former player. “Our thoughts and deepest condolences go out to his family, friends and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him,” the post read. A Go-Fund-Me campaign to raise money for funeral expenses raised more than $16,000 toward a $20,000 goal as of Sunday evening.

How is Neshaminy responding to the Halloween crash in Warrington?

On Nov. 2 the Neshaminy School Counseling Team was at the Poquessing Middle School in Lower Southampton for two hours. Additional support and guidance will be provided to students when they return to class on Nov. 3. Counselors will be available for any student who needs extra support. Parents and guardians can also reach out to the Neshaminy High School guidance counselors with questions or concerns. 

Here’s what we don’t know about the Halloween crash

When police will know the cause of the accident: On Sunday, Warrington police said a “comprehensive” crash investigation was underway and findings were not expected for an “extended period.”

What schools the other two victims attended: Warrington Police said that the school affiliations of the 14-and 16-year-old victims had not yet been confirmed as of Sunday. So far, only Central Bucks School District has stated they did not believe any of the teens were from the district.

Where the teens were headed: “We just don’t know,” Chief Friel said on Saturday. Friel said that reports were circulating Saturday about the teens whereabouts before the incident, but that nothing had been confirmed. Police are hoping to speak to the lone survivor at some point as part of its investigation, Friel said.

Why the 15-year-old was driving the Camry: Police did not release information about why the teen was driving the car, or whether he had a Pennsylvania learner’s permit or other license to drive.

The cause and manner of death of the victims: The Bucks County Coroner’s Office confirmed autopsies on two of the victims were performed Saturday, but the cause of death was not released. The Montgomery County Coroner’s Office is performing the autopsy on the third victim, who died at Abington-Jefferson Hospital. A spokesman for the office did not immediately return an email on Sunday.
