(Baton Rouge, LA) The Louisiana Lottery has revealed the results of Monday night’s multi-state Powerball Lottery drawing. They’ve also confirmed that a single-ticket jackpot win in tonight’s Mega Millions would be historically significant in Louisiana.

The Powerball Lottery has been on an upward trajectory since two tickets split a $1.787 billion prize in September. The Mega Millions game has been growing its jackpot since June 27th of this year. That’s when a ticket sold in Virginia matched the numbers needed to claim the game’s top prize.
How Much Was the Powerball Jackpot on Monday, November 3, 2025?
Our sources at the Louisiana Lottery have confirmed that last night’s Powerball drawing produced a little over 3,300 winning tickets in the state. The bulk of the winners collected either four bucks for a Powerball-only match or $8 if that made that same match but opted for the game’s Power Play option. The game’s jackpot prize was listed at just over $420 million.

Last night’s estimated Powerball jackpot at the time of the drawing was $420.9 million for the annuitized jackpot. But there were no tickets sold across the game’s footprint that matched the numbers needed to claim that prize.
There were also no Match 5 Million winners sold for Monday’s Powerball game either. The largest single prize awarded to a Louisiana-sold ticket was $200, and there were only two of those sold in the state.

Mega Millions officials have confirmed that tonight’s jackpot is the 9th largest in the game’s history. It’s also the largest jackpot prize the game has produced since it switched its format earlier this year.
Why Would a Mega Millions Win Make History in Louisiana Tonight?
