MAFS UK: Grace and Ashley argue

Married at First Sight UK viewers have voiced their worries after bride Grace Law launched a scathing attack on her co-star and on-screen husband Ashley Dommett via social media.

The Norwich midwife and Welsh operations manager were paired by the programme’s relationship experts due to their vibrant personalities and outlook on life, yet their union hit turbulent waters from the get-go.

Despite initially working through their communication troubles, matters took a dramatic nosedive in recent episodes as the couple found themselves constantly clashing and sacrificing their core principles for one another.

This culminated in a heated dinner party where Ashley seemed to end their relationship permanently following a row about a compliment Grace had received away from cameras.

Grace appears to have confirmed where things stand with her MAFS UK spouse, delivering a cutting blow about his conduct on the programme through a TikTok clip shared on Sunday evening (October 2), reports the Mirror.

The 30-second footage features Grace sitting in an eatery, accusing someone off-camera of “attacking my character” after they mention she’s drinking their coffee.

The following scene depicts the bride exiting the restaurant, and when told she must settle the bill, she snaps back: “You don’t see me for who I am.”

In other moments, she also blasts the person filming for “picking at me” when she treads on their foot, and refuses to say sorry for burping because “I am a good person, so no.”

The comments all reference statements groom Ashley has made during heated exchanges between the couple on the programme, prompting viewers to flood the replies with their worries about the relationship.

“If Ash posted this there would be outrage,” one viewer observed, whilst another commented: “Honestly think you are both two really nice people who just aren’t meant to be. I think you’re both misunderstood to each other.”

Responding to the wave of supporters picking sides between “Team Ash” and “Team Grace”, a third viewer remarked: “Does there really have to be a team Grace or a team Ash? I really like you both, just not made for each other.”

Another rallied behind the bride, posting: “Oh my gosh the lack of accountability on Ash’s side was staggering. We see it girl, even with the positive edit he was given.

“The women who ride for Ash are suffering hugely with internalised misogyny. You can all do better babes,” added another supporter of the bride.
