Derby are up to 11th place in the Chanmpionship with substitute Lars-Jorgen Salvesen scoring the winner against Hull City.
It’s their fourth successive league win and boss John Eustace has told BBC Radio Derby:
“In the first half we were excellent, we were playing against a really good team.
“We lost our way a little bit in the second half but it’s about the squad and we found a way to get the three points.
“I’m really proud of Lars (Jorgen Salvesen) scoring – he’s been through a lot since joining the club and he’s worked really hard to challenge Carlton (Morris) and get onto the bench and he took his goal really well.
“It’s still very early, i’m not interested where we are, it’s great for the confidence of the group to win again but now we’ve got to get rested and get ready for a difficult game on Saturday.”
Derby visit John Eustace’s former club, Blackburn at the weekend.
