S-x Addict Allegation Against David Harbour Detailed: Millie Bobby Brown’s Complaint and Lily Allen’s Accusations

David Harbour is harbouring some serious controversies: First from his now-ex-wife, Lily Allen, and now from his Stranger Things co-star, Millie Bobby Brown. While the singer hit him with ‘s-x addict’ accusations, Brown has allegedly filed a complaint with Netflix over the behavior of the 50-year-old actor, who most recently starred in Thunderbolts*.
As reported by the Daily Mail, the Enola Holmes actress made a formal complaint with Netflix, alleging that Harbour bullied and h-r-ssed her. Per the report, the complaint was lodged “before they started shooting the last season” of Stranger Things, and included “pages and pages of accusations,” triggering an internal inquiry which continued for months.
However, details about the same are currently unclear. What the article has made clear, though, is that the accusations from Millie Bobby Brown did not include any claims of s-x-al impropriety. Additionally, it is claimed that, throughout the time that the investigation was underway into his on-set behavior, Harbour’s ex-wife reportedly stayed by his side.
While David Harbour embodied the role of Hawkins’ chief of police Jim Hopper in the hit Netflix series, the actress has been playing his onscreen adopted daughter, Eleven. During the shoot of the final season of the same, which likely included plenty of shared screentime between the two, Brown reportedly went on to have a personal representative by her side.
However, it’s worth noting that, as of this writing, the 21-year-old actress’s reps declined to comment on the matter, and these reports of a h-r-ssment complaint remain unconfirmed. But as Netflix, too, continues to remain equally quiet about it all, a source claimed to the Daily Mail,

Netflix will never comment on an internal investigation, but the fact that they’ve not denied it speaks volumes. Stranger Things helped put Netflix on the map. Millions of fans around the world have been anticipating the finale. No one wants anything to take attention away from that.
Additionally, it has also been observed that Harbour seems largely absent from promotion of this upcoming final season, while a majority of the rest of the main cast – including the likes of Finn Wolfhard (Mike Wheeler), Sadie Sink (Max Mayfield), Gaten Matarazzo (Dustin Henderson), and Caleb McLaughlin (Lucas Sinclair) – has already appeared in social media or TV appearances to discuss the show. So that’s that too.
That said, as the Netflix thriller faces the challenge of separating its onscreen success from the raging offscreen turbulence, it remains to be seen how exactly this situation ends up playing out.

Besides garnering negative attention for all these recent reports about Millie Bobby Brown’s complaint with Netflix against him, David Harbour is also under scrutiny for his very public fallout and alleged infidelity with his former wife of four years, Lily Allen. The details of their split were laid bare in the singer’s latest album, West End Girl, as well as the subsequent interviews.
Harbour and Allen tied the knot in 2020, but in early 2025, their marriage ended in a separation. The reports surfacing in the wake of the same alleged the actor of infidelity in his marriage with the British singer. As some reports claimed, Harbour apparently had an affair with a costume designer for around 3 years while still being wed to Allen.
On her latest released fifth record, which is her first in seven years and is a combination of fact and fiction, the singer-songwriter seems to debrief the dissolution of her four-year marriage to the actor. Over the course of 14 tracks, which she reportedly wrote and recorded in just 10 days, Allen ostensibly tells the vulnerable story of a seemingly idyllic life that painfully unravels due to infidelity and other betrayals.
First off, there’s the Brooklyn brownstone home that the former pair moved into together, the video tour of which by Architectural Digest in 2023 went pretty viral on the internet, establishing the two as an unexpectedly cool and quirky couple. This same home is featured heavily in West End Girl as well, as Allen sings about moving to New York, getting a brownstone, and also having it decorated by Billy Cotton.
It doesn’t end there. From there, the British singer sang about how her partner’s – whom she didn’t name – “demeanor started to change” after she “got a lead in a play” in London. For those who might not know, Allen made her West End theatre debut in 2021, through productions like 2:22 A Ghost Story and The Pillowman. The aforementioned lyrics from her track appear to be a direct reference to the same.
In between these recognizable facts in her lyrics, Allen fills a story, which CBC explained as,
With some reluctance, Allen agrees to an open relationship arrangement with her partner while she is away from him. There are signs they’ve grown distant, or he is not as supportive as he once seemed, but she tries to ignore them – until she no longer can.
Lies and insecurities erode trust until feelings of paranoia and being taken for granted win out. Allen then finds evidence that he broke the rules of their arrangement, and confronts both him and the woman he’s been with.
While that’s that, it turns even more shocking than this. In the track P—-y Palace, where Lily Allen’s sadness turns into rage. In one of the lyrics of the same, she tells her partner to “go to the apartment in the West Village” instead, which calls to mind David Harbour’s New York loft apartment, which was also featured in an Architectural Digest episode in 2019.
Moving on in the song, she then went to the mentioned place to drop off some of her partner’s things, and she says that what she finds appears to be the home of a “s-x addict.” Allen sings,
Sheets pulled off the bed, they’re strewn all on the floor / Long black hair, probably from the night before.
Then, in other tracks, she seemingly dives into other similar thoughts about her relationship. Like, on Dallas Major, Allen sings about using dating apps again and even includes a reference to her Las Vegas wedding to Harbour. On Beg for Me, she launches into the inevitable post-breakup emotional roller-coaster. By the final track, Fruityloop, the singer’s feelings have ostensibly calcified into a resolve that she sums up in the chorus as,
It’s not me, it’s you.
Oh, and also, Lily Allen also seemed to use Halloween as another opportunity to slam David Harbour. Partying at the Chateau Marmont hotel in Los Angeles on Friday, she dressed up as Madeline, the beloved children’s book character who also made her way to Allen’s latest album. In the first single, named Madeline, from the album, she sang in a lyric, “and who’s Madeline?” while referencing her partner’s reported mistress.
On Halloween, Allen left no stone unturned as she was dressed in the character’s iconic hat and blue dress with a Peter Pan collar and red ribbon. She completed the look with an orange bob-cut wig, calf-length white socks, black Mary Jane shoes, and a coveted, red Birkin handbag (see The Sun). So that’s that too.
David Harbour is Reportedly “Furious” About All These Allegations

Amidst all of these allegations, the real ‘Madeline’ referenced in Lily Allen’s track has reportedly been identified. As it turns out, the Daily Mail identified the woman as New Orleans-based costume designer Natalie Tippett. 34. While the said person confirmed that she had heard the song, she declined to comment further, mentioning,
I have a family and things to protect. I have a two-and-a-half-year-old daughter, and I understand this is going on. It’s a little bit scary for me.
Additionally, David Harbour is also said to be “furious” about this entire turn of events, especially in the wake of Allen’s album’s release. A source claimed to Heat about the actor,
The embarrassment is off the charts, and he’s having a very hard time with it. He’s furious at essentially being accused of being this skirt-chasing ‘monster’ and the world’s worst husband, so of course, he’s telling everyone that he doesn’t deserve this.
While that’s that, these new reports about Millie Bobby Brown’s reported complaint with Netflix about Harbour have only further added fuel to this anti-Harbour fire, which originally stemmed from his very public fallout and messy divorce from Lily Allen. Still, it remains to be seen how brutally the actor will end up affected by the same.
