California is about to test the limits of Donald Trump’s America and the results could reverberate far beyond the Golden State. Californians are heading to the polls in a special election which aims to reshape Congress and redefine the final two years of Donald’s Trump’s presidency. On the ballot is Proposition 50, a plan to temporarily scrap California’s independent redistributing system and let Democrats redraw the state’s congressional map to boost their chances of retaking the House next year.
