Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan – Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Administration of the Head of State Hikmet Hajiyev held a meeting with the Minister of State for Europe, North America and Overseas Territories of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Stephen Doughty.
