Death toll in fiery UPS plane crash near Louisville airport rises to 9

The fiery UPS cargo plane crash in Louisville on Tuesday has claimed at least nine lives, and Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear (D) said Wednesday that the death toll is expected to rise.

Video shows UPS Flight 2976 ablaze and flying at a low altitude shortly before crashing in a large fireball that sent up a plume of black smoke. The plane, bound for Hawaii and laden with 38,000 gallons of fuel, narrowly missed a restaurant and struck an auto parts lot and a petroleum recycling center, Beshear said.
