Ukraine to Host US Drone Deal Delegation, Launches Arms Export Hubs in Berlin and Copenhagen
A US delegation focused on a drone production agreement is scheduled to visit Ukraine next week, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced, according to Interfax-Ukraine on November 3.
“The United States team regarding the drone deal will be in Ukraine next week,” Zelenskyy said.
The President also outlined ongoing efforts to strengthen Ukraine’s defense exports and industrial partnerships. He noted that strategic advisor Oleksandr Kamyshin will represent Ukrainian defense exports across Europe.
In addition, National Security and Defense Council Secretary Rustem Umerov is currently working on expanding Ukraine’s defense export outreach in the Middle East and Asia.

Ukraine is also set to open two new defense export offices in Europe, aimed at facilitating co-production and the sale of surplus military equipment.
“The first two hubs—this has already been agreed at both the company and state levels—will be in Berlin and Copenhagen. They will open this year,” Zelenskyy told journalists.
The initiative focuses on exporting surplus military items that Ukraine can afford to sell, with proceeds reinvested into the production of high-demand equipment.
“We are talking about weapons we can afford to sell to raise additional funds for domestic production of critical items we currently lack the resources for,” Zelenskyy added.
He also confirmed ongoing work with Middle Eastern partners and reiterated that a US team would arrive next week to discuss the drone production partnership.
Earlier, it was reported that NATO plans to integrate drones into its forces deployed along the alliance’s eastern flank by mid-2026, a move aimed at strengthening air defense and countering growing threats from Russia.
