Best Luka Doncic prop bet for Spurs vs. Lakers on Wednesday 11/5/25

Check out the top Luka Doncic player prop bet ahead of Spurs vs. Lakers on Wednesday night.
Western Conference playoff hopefuls go head-to-head Wednesday night when the Los Angeles Lakers host the San Antonio Spurs at Crypto.com Arena.
The Spurs (5-1) look like one of the NBA’s best teams early on, bolstered by 7-foot-4 unicorn Victor Wembanyama. The Lakers (6-2), meanwhile, have rattled off four-straight wins in what’s shaping up to be a promising start to the Luka Doncic era.
Tipoff is set for 10:00 p.m. ET. Los Angeles enters with a slight edge on DraftKings Sportsbook, listed at -118 on the moneyline, while San Antonio sits at -102. The total is set at 227.5 points.
Ahead of Wednesday night’s contest, here’s my favorite Luka Doncic prop bet on DraftKings Sportsbook.
Best Luka Doncic prop bet for Spurs vs. Lakers
Best Bet: Luka Doncic 55+ Pts + Reb + Ast (-119)
Luka Doncic heard the discourse surrounding his health and conditioning — and he took it personally. In his first full season as a Laker, the star point guard is off to a blistering start, averaging 41.3 points, 11.5 rebounds, and 8.3 assists across four games while shooting 54.5 percent from the floor.
In an encouraging glimpse of the years ahead, Doncic has seamlessly taken over the Lakers’ primary playmaking duties while LeBron James remains sidelined with sciatica. Bolstered by elite scoring options around him — most notably Austin Reaves, who’s averaging 31 points and nine assists — Doncic has continued to stuff the stat sheet with ease.
Reaves was ruled out for Wednesday’s game, placing even more of the playmaking responsibility on Doncic against the Spurs.
Doncic shattered the 55 P+R+A threshold in his first three games of the season, averaging 64.7 and topping out at 68 when he dropped 49 points, 11 boards, and eight assists against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Oct. 24. The only game he didn’t surpass the mark was his last, when he totaled 50 P+R+A against the Miami Heat — a defensive powerhouse, much like the Spurs.
Even so, it’s worth noting that Doncic shot a brutal 1-for-11 from downtown in that contest, just over nine percent. For someone who owns a lifetime 35.4 percent three-point percentage, nights like that don’t come around very often.
Count on Doncic to deliver a bounce-back — if you can really call it that — and eclipse 55 P+R+A for the fourth time in his first five games of the season.
