Police continue search for missing College of Charleston student Owen Kenney

CHARLESTON , S.C. (WCIV) — Charleston police continue to lead the search for 19-year-old Owen Tillman Kenney, who remains missing after last being seen early Oct. 31.
The department is working with the FBI and the New Jersey State Police, using additional specialized resources as investigators pursue all credible leads, officials said.
Detectives confirmed that Kenney was walking alone onto the Ravenel Bridge pedestrian walkway shortly after 3 a.m. on Oct. 31.
