Munster’s Tom Farrell will make his debut for Ireland at the age of 32, as Andy Farrell shakes up his side for the visit of Japan.
The Dubliner, who was released by Connacht in 2024 and previously played for Leinster and Bedford Blues, is rewarded for his brilliant form for the province where he was named player of the year last season.
