KAMLOOPS — Police in Kamloops are investigating after two students were struck by a vehicle around 8:30 a.m. Thursday (Nov. 6) morning near NorKam Secondary School.
Kamloops RCMP say the students, who were trying to cross Kenora Street, were both taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. They also say the driver of the vehicle has remained on scene and is cooperating with investigators.
“The students got off a city bus and proceeded behind the bus to cross the street when they were struck,” said Kamloops RCMP spokesperson Cpl. Dana Napier.
Police are asking people who may have witnessed the incident, or those with video of it, to contact the Kamloops RCMP Detachment at 250-828-3000 and cite file 2025-37094.
