LANCASTER − Thanksgiving Day is Nov. 27. Most people probably have their dinner plans all wrapped up by then.
But there may still be the need for that forgotten item or extra gallon of milk you may need. Finding a grocery store open on the holiday may be difficult. So here is a list of Fairfield County grocery store and department store hours on Thanksgiving:
- Kroger at 1141 E. Main St. is open from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Kroger at 1621 Memorial Drive is open from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Nov. 26.
- Bay Food Market at 301 S. Maple St. is closed. It is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Nov. 26.
- Giant Eagle at 1394 Ety Shops Way is open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. It is open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Nov. 26.
- Meijer at 2900 Columbus-Lancaster Road NW is open from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is open from 6 a.m. to 12 a.m. on Nov. 26.
- Aldi at 1904 N. Memoriald Drive is closed. It is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Nov. 26.
- Baltimore Market at 1001 S. Main St. #1 in Baltimore is open, but the hours were not available.
- Walmart at 2687 N. Memorial Drive is closed. It is open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Nov. 26 and opens at 5 a.m. on Nov. 28, which is Black Friday.
- Kohl’s at 1355 Ety Pointe Drive NW is closed. It is open from 5 a.m. to midnight on Nov. 26.
- Target at 1300 River Valley Blvd is closed. It is open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Nov. 26.
- Dollar General at 1136 S. Main St. in Baltimore is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. It’s Nov. 26 hours were not available.
