Vogue Williams fights her fears to go for ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here’

She will be swapping Howth in North County Dublin for the jungle Down Under, just over a decade after her husband, Spencer, appeared on the show
With numerous shows already under her belt, including Reality Bites: Vogue Does Home And Away, Lorraine and Renovation Rescue, this will be her latest foray into TV land.
She will be swapping Howth in Dublin for the jungle Down Under, just over a decade after her husband, Spencer, appeared on the show.
His appearance was cut short after it was discovered he had been on steroids during his time in the jungle.
However, sources have indicated that bosses reckon Vogue will be a hit with viewers as she is “really fun and gets on with everyone”.
“It has been a hard decision to go on the show, because it will mean so much time away from her kids, but she wants to fight her fears and go for it,” the source said.

Vogue will be joining other well-known names including rapper Aitch, former soap opera star Martin Kemp and model Kelly Brook in the show.
Others heading for the jungle include YouTuber Angry Ginge, chat show icon Ruby Wax, and Ozzy Osbourne’s son Jack Osbourne.
Former England women’s football star and Football Focus host Alex Scott as well as comedian Eddie Kadi will also be in the lineup.

Eastenders residents Shona McGarty and Lisa Reilly, who made a name for herself on Emmerdale, will be there as will Celebs Go Dating’s Tom Read Wilson.
The survival reality show, which is presented by Declan Donnelly, 50, and Ant McPartlin, 49, will be back on the popular channel later this month.
Speculation had been rife that Williams would be heading down under to participate in the TV show.
The Sun had earlier reported that the 40-year-old presenter and model was snapped up by bosses as “she would be one of the most glam signings I’m A Celeb has landed in years and they are thrilled.
“Her star is massively on the rise and this would be one of her biggest gigs yet.”
The source said that while her husband Spencer is a massive “thrill seeker and is always off on an adventure” it’s now “Vogue’s turn to have one”.
Williams recently revealed she auditioned to host The Traitors Ireland, but lost out on the role to actress Siobhan McSweeney.
The RTÉ reality game show became an instant hit among viewers, with Williams admitting she was “raging” she didn’t land the gig.
Speaking on the latest episode of her podcast Vogue & Amber, the 40-year-old said she enjoyed the show either way.
“Finally finished The Irish Traitors with Megan the other night, and it was very good. It’s not often you watch a show and you are shouting at the TV and reacting to it.
“The Traitors is the best show in the world,” Vogue added before confessing she had auditioned for the hosting role, but it wasn’t meant to be.
“You know I went for that job. You don’t get everything you want, do you girls?” she quipped.
“Now, in fairness, I went to host The Traitors.
“You know when you’re raging that you didn’t get a job? Then I saw it was Siobhán McSweeney, and I just think she is so brilliant,” she continued.
“When I saw her again, I was like, it stings a lot less now.
