The Colts on Friday placed defensive tackle DeForest Buckner on injured reserve, meaning he will miss at least the Colts’ next four games.
The Colts have a bye week in Week 11, so Buckner will be eligible to return starting in Week 15. Shane Steichen said Buckner sustained a neck injury during the Colts’ Week 9 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Buckner has missed a total of six games in his career due to injury; he was placed on injured reserve last season with an ankle injury and missed five weeks.
