This is a developing story.
A much-beloved Marvel star is rumored to end their acting career with Avengers: Doomsday.
Entertainment insider and YouTuber Kristian Harloff was joined by John Rocha as they broke down the biggest scoops in pop culture in a YouTube video titled “Stranger Things DRAMA: Millie Bobby Brown vs. David Harbour?!” The video spanned past the ongoing concerns about Harbour voiced by Brown, and at the tail end of the conversation, the pair discussed an allegedly leaked Avengers: Doomsday trailer. “This is the big one that I heard,” he continued, “We know that [Sir ]Patrick Stewart will be making an appearance here as Professor X. That we know. Apparently, he’s done with acting after this. Apparently this is it. Apparently, he’s stepping down.”
Harloff cast his bid for when Marvel fans would finally be able to take a first look at Avengers: Doomsday for themselves. “Apparently, there are multiple versions of that trailer,” Harloff claims when discussing the leaked trailer, and believes that the Avengers: Doomsday teaser would be shown before Avatar: Fire and Ash. It’s been a known fact that Stewart will make his return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Charles Xavier, and previously made his MCU debut as Professor X in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Stewart has not spoken on his retirement, and Harloff’s comments should be taken purely as speculation.
