How to craft in 99 Nights in the Forest
To craft in 99 Nights in the Forest, you need to start scavenging materials for your four starter blueprints: an Old Bed, the Map, a Bunny Trap, and Crafting Bench Level Two. While you spawn into any new run next to the workbench, it doesn’t mean you can start making items right away. Make sure you start rounding up the pieces you need for the essentials first.
When you do go over to the workbench, you’ll notice it has two icons. The red icon displays a log, and the grey icon shows a screw. This tracks your wood and metal, letting you know how much is available to use for crafting. The best way to get started here is by chopping down trees and hurling the logs into the Wood Chipper. As for Metal, search the woods for items like Sheet Metal, Bolts, or Radios. You can repurpose these items into Metal.
How to unlock new 99 Nights in the Forest crafting recipes
If you want to unlock more recipes in 99 Nights in the Forest, it’s simple, really; you need to keep unlocking higher Crafting Bench tiers. This can take you a while, though. If you want to reach Crafting Bench Level Five, you need a total of 81 Metal, 100 Wood, two Cultist Gems, and one Gem of the Forest to make it happen.
