About the trainer

Tanya Petherick is a Director of BeMore (Training, Consultancy and Mentoring for Childcare Organisations) and former joint CEO of a large childcare organisation, which she joined following a successful career in software marketing. Tanya worked in the business with just a BTec in Business Studies until she went to University in her late forties and obtained a Masters in Business Administration. She has subsequently become a qualified business mentor. Tanya’s style is positive and collaborative. In addition to delivering training and support Tanya organises the Club Central conference to connect wraparound providers together and is an expert wraparound adviser for Childcare Works.

Supporting people in the sector to have better business skills is one of her driving forces. She is recognised as one of top 100 2024 f:entreprenuer inspiring females.

During this session Tanya will be sharing her knowledge and experience of financial planning, from managing the budget and finances for a large organisation whilst balancing the needs of stakeholders and sharing how to ensure your provision is sustainable going forward.
