Housemates face ‘The Perfect Day’ and a storm of nominations

Big Brother turned up the pressure this week as Housemates were challenged to live out ‘The Perfect Day’ — but perfection proved far from easy…

The task began with ‘The Perfect Wake Up’, as Housemates were jolted from their beds by a chorus of alarm clocks hidden around the House. They had just two minutes to locate all ten alarms or face being sent straight back to bed to start the day all over again.

Big Brother warned: “Today is no ordinary day. Everything you do must be done perfectly. One mistake, one wrong move or one imperfect moment and the Perfect Day will reset.”

Caroline quickly summed up the mood in the House: “It’s Groundhog Day.”

After multiple failed attempts — and several weary trips back under the covers — the Housemates finally completed ‘The Perfect Wake Up’ and moved on to their next challenge: ‘The Perfect Nominations’.

Big Brother gathered everyone in the lounge and announced: “It wouldn’t be The Perfect Day without The Perfect Nominations. You’ll have seven minutes to complete nominations. Fail, and the day restarts from the beginning.”

With the clock ticking, Housemates dashed to the Diary Room to make their choices, sparking drama and emotional confessions. Caroline nominated Jenny, saying: “She’s changed dramatically towards me, and I don’t think she’s my friend anymore.”

Elsa nominated Caroline, citing: “She’s been extra rude since Sam left and says things that hurt people’s feelings.” Jenny also nominated Caroline, while Nancy received several votes from across the group.

After restarting the day a total of nine times, the Housemates finally completed ‘The Perfect Nominations’. Big Brother then revealed the results: Caroline, Jenny and Nancy will face the public vote ahead of this Friday night’s double live eviction.

Nancy received six nominations from Cameron, Elsa, Jenny, Richard, Tate and Teja. Caroline received five nominations from Cameron, Elsa, Jenny, Marcus and Teja, while Jenny received four from Caroline, Emily, Nancy and Richard.

Following nominations, tensions continued to bubble in the Snug as Jenny, Elsa and Teja discussed their strained friendship with Caroline. Elsa said: “You telling me to shut my face and wipe that smirk off my face because I made someone a cup of tea is giving mean girl, that’s what it’s giving.”

With relationships cracking under pressure and the Perfect Day proving anything but, Housemates now turn their attention to Friday’s live double eviction — and the question on everyone’s mind: who will survive the vote?

Voting opened at 10pm tonight (Wednesday 6 November) via the Big Brother app, with viewers asked to vote for the Housemate they wish to save.

Big Brother continues Friday at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
