Others also insisted a current Strictly celebrity is being lined up for the hosting role as the show aired live on Saturday.
Yet viewers have reacted in surprise to the outcome of the latest Dance Off – which has been leaked on social media – and saw one fan favourite star sent home.
One branded the outcome a “farce” while another told how it was “the wrong call.”
Like previous seasons the Sunday night results show, although presented as live, is actually filmed on Saturday night after the main live show.

The money-saving move means that for years the results have leaked online – and this year is no exception.
The contestants in the bottom two and therefore the dance-off have been revealed as well as how the judges’ voted.
The Sun will not reveal the identity of the celebrity eliminated from the show in order to preserve the surprise for viewers.
Yet we have shared a few of their stunned reactions.
One took to social media to write: “This series is so hard to call. No one has remained in the top 3 of the poll each week.”
Another put: “Obviously they could have improved in the dance off but based on tonight that seems the wrong call.”
A fan then put: “I swear they were higher on the leaderboard? Was there a mistake or something?”
One mused: “No way,” while another posted: “Close between the two score wise though so could have gone either way.
“Love them both though.”
Another bluntly posted on X: “This is becoming a farce.”
Strictly Curse – The Lowdown
STRICTLY Come Dancing’s latest series has already been hit by rumours of a BBC show ‘curse’ – yet what is it?
A host of Strictly Come Dancing stars have been struck by the Strictly Curse during the past two decades.
This is where celebrities who may or may not be attached in the outside world become more than friends with their professional partners.
A total of 20 relationships are said to have been impacted so far over the show’s 20 years.
It has seen relationships crumble with dance floor romances and punishing rehearsal schedules to blame.
This includes the partnerships of Louise and Jamie Redknapp as well as Kevin Clifton and Karen Hauer.
Controversially, Judge Craig Revel Horwood once said of the curse: “I think of it as a blessing, to be honest. One person is married, the other one had a girlfriend but my point in this entire thing is: if you come on Strictly, sometimes you are in a relationship that is not working anyway.
“There has to be something wrong in your relationship before it all goes awry.”
Series one winner Brendan Cole left his fiancé, fellow Strictly professional Camilla Dallerup, during filming for the very first series in spring 2004.
Brendan was said to have fallen for his celebrity partner and inaugural winner Natasha Kaplinsky, although the duo didn’t confirm they were romantically involved.
During Saturday’s episode, Vicky and Kai topped the leaderboard with 39 points.
Meanwhile, La Voix and Aljaz were rooted at the bottom with 29.
CALLED OUT
During the show, fans also claimed bosses are showing “favouritism” to one particular celebrity contestant.
Lewis Cope, who has previously come under fire for his prior dancing experience, and his dance partner Katya Jones were up first for week seven of the hit BBC show.
Because of how the pair were up first to perform their Cha Cha, fans thought this was a telling sign that the former Emmerdale actor might be a favourite among the show’s bosses.
“Lewis and Katya first….let the favouritism begin…” said one person.
While a second penned: “Lewis going first again. Didn’t he go first a couple of weeks ago…”
Following Lewis and Katya‘s Cha Cha, the scores came in from the judges at a total of 35 out of 40.
Craig Revel Horwood gave the pair an 8, while Shirley Ballas, Motsi Mabuse and Anton Du Beke each gave the duo a 9.

This comes the week after Lewis and Katya scored a perfect score of 40, and were the first couple to do so this series.
It also follows weeks of “fix” claims due to Lewis’ prior dance experience.
