Baltimore Ravens at Minnesota Vikings preview

The Ravens and Vikings should both be full of confidence after road wins last week but the AFC team look best-placed to extend their run of improved form and can cover the handicap.

The visitors have won back-to-back games against the Bears and Dolphins after an injury-ravaged 1-5 start but they still have their eyes on the playoffs now QB Lamar Jackson is back after an injury and he threw four touchdown passes against Miami.

Baltimore have also improved defensively since giving up 44 points to the Texans in Week Five, conceding only 39 in their last three outings.

The Vikings got themselves back in the NFC North title race with a huge win over the Lions last week to reach 4-4 but they are 1-2 at home and could disappoint their local fans again.

Jackson enjoys facing NFC teams and has a 24-3 record against them. With the Vikings’ elite wide receiver Justin Jefferson yet to score a touchdown at US Bank Stadium this season, the Ravens can stay in a winning groove and cover on the road.
