Titans Awarded Safety Jerrick Reed off Waivers From the Seahawks

NASHVILLE – The Titans have been awarded safety Jerrick Reed II off waivers from the Seahawks.

Reed (5-9, 197) was waived by Seattle on Tuesday, just days after he was promoted to the active roster from the practice squad. Reed played seven defensive and nine special teams snaps in Seattle’s win over the Commanders on Monday night.

Reed was a sixth-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft out of New Mexico. He was named to the Pro Football Writers of America all-rookie team in 2023.

Reed played in 10 games as a rookie, and he’s played in 19 games over three seasons.

The Titans have a bye this weekend before returning to action on November 16 against the Texans at Nissan Stadium.
