CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Browns could open quarterback Deshaun Watson’s 21-day practice window soon, but it’s not expected to be this week.
The Browns can open the window at any time after Watson missed the requisite first four games of the season under terms of the reserve/physically unable to perform list.
