NFL Fans React To Mac Jones’ Performance Against Rams
Here’s what NFL fans were saying about Mac Jones:
@s_helwick: “Mac Jones has been excellent all year. 49ers could have had him in 2021 but better late than never. Best QB of the Shanahan era.”
@evanAgiddings: “Gotta give it to him, Mac Jones has gone throw for throw today with Matthew Stafford.”
@perfecthennig: “No problem with Mac Jones throwing a pick on fourth down there. You gotta try to force the issue when your D can’t get stops. ”
@AJGullotta: “There is literally nothing Mac Jones can do to win this game with a defense this bad”
@NPrince86: “After watching this game it’s pretty clear who’s going to be starting next week and it ain’t Mac Jones”
@lindseyyok: “I fully believe that if Mac Jones weren’t playing as well as he is, Brock Purdy would be playing. His play definitely gives them some breathing room with Purdy’s injury no matter how bad Shanahan wants to deny it lol”
@OurSf49ers: “Massive pressure on 4th down and Mac Jones with his only big mistake of the game throwing an INT. Hard fought game by Mac today overall”
Richard Sherman: “I just don’t see how Kyle will be able to take Mac Jones off the field with how he’s playing. I know Brock Purdy HAS to start if he’s healthy but this is a hot hand situation right now and MAC is rolling! Not trying to spark controversy but this is an obvious observation. Either way Mac has made himself a lot of money and will be Starting somewhere next season.”
@TruiieB: “Im sorry mac jones better than brock.”
@LRiddickESPN: “Mac Jones haters punching air. He’s a good QB in the perfect system fit now. Hate on.”
