Anfield has rapidly established itself as one of the United Kingdom’s premier destinations for live music, with the iconic Liverpool stadium transforming into a concert venue that rivals any arena in the country.
The 2024 summer season alone saw over 250,000 music lovers pass through the Anfield turnstiles for sold-out shows featuring Taylor Swift’s record-breaking Eras Tour and P!nk’s Summer Carnival.
This 2025 year is following suit with Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band set to deliver performances in early June, while Dua Lipa’s Radical Optimism Tour will bring chart-topping pop to the stadium later in the month, with Lana Del Rey’s atmospheric evening show rounding out a remarkable summer of live entertainment.
And it looks like the venue is now in hot demand, with gigs already being scheduled for 2026.
Indeed, Liverpool FC has officially confirmed that 15-time Grammy Award-winning rock band Foo Fighters will perform two nights at Anfield as part of their Take Cover Tour 2026.
The American rock legends will take to the stage on Thursday, June 25 and Saturday, June 27, marking Anfield as the only UK stadium the band will perform at during their 2026 tour.
Support acts have also been confirmed for both shows, with Inhaler and Otoboke Beaver set to feature for the Thursday gig, while Royel Otis and Die Spitz will kick off the Saturday.
The band, known for their high-energy live shows and hits spanning three decades, holds the record for most Grammy wins in the Best Rock Album category with five victories.
Season ticket holders for both Liverpool FC’s men’s and women’s teams, All Red Members, and seasonal hospitality clients will receive exclusive early access, with registration opening at 3pm on Tuesday, November 11, closing at 3pm on Wednesday, November 12.
Those who register will gain access to a dedicated pre-sale beginning at 10am on Thursday, November 13, before general sale tickets become available at 10am on Friday, November 14, with a maximum of six tickets permitted per customer.
