Dharmendra Health Update: After Sunny Deol and Hema Malini, Esha Deol has reached Breach Candy Hospital, where the veteran actor has been admitted and is undergoing treatment. The visit has come amidst rumours being circulated about the actor’s health.
Earlier, Hema Malini was snapped arriving at the hospital in her black Mercedes, followed by Sunny Deol, who was seen with both his sons. Looking visibly concerned, Sunny avoided the cameras. Now, Esha Deol has also reached Breach Candy Hospital to check on her father’s health. Hours back, while speaking to HT, Hema Malini spoke about the veteran actor’s health and shared that the family is ‘hoping for his speedy recovery.’
Sunny Deol’s team on Dharmendra’s health
Over the past few days, reports and rumours surrounding Dharmendra’s health have been making headlines. Earlier, when the news came out that he had been admitted to the hospital, reports claimed that doctors had shifted him to the ICU and that he was allegedly on life support. However, Sunny Deol’s team later rubbished the exaggerations and assured fans, saying, “It’s rumour-mongering like always. Sir is getting better. He’s under observation. There’s nothing to worry,” Sunny Deol’s team told The Times of India, putting an end to the swirling rumours.
Meanwhile, fans have flooded social media with prayers and messages wishing the “He-Man of Bollywood” a speedy recovery.
Earlier this year, Dharmendra underwent eye graft surgery. A video of him walking out of the hospital with a bandaged eye had gone viral. He then told the paps, “I am strong. Abhi bhi Dharmendra mein bahut dum hai. Abhi bhi jaan rakhta hoon. Meri aankh, eye graft (corneal transplantation) ho gayi hai. I am strong. Love you, my audience and my fans.”
