Netflix has sent fans into a frenzy after revealing fresh details about an upcoming comedy series featuring Rowan Atkinson, following an earlier teaser, reports the Express.
Man vs Baby serves as the follow-up to 2022’s Man vs. Bee on Netflix, which saw Atkinson’s character Trevor Bingley caught up in a comical battle with an insect.
The streaming service has now released a trailer for the upcoming four-episode comedy, set to premiere worldwide on 11 December.
The trailer shows Trevor in a quieter position as a school caretaker, having moved on from his previous mansion-sitting role that ended catastrophically due to an irritating bumblebee.
Once more, events take an unexpected turn, and this time he ends up looking after an infant when the child isn’t picked up following the school nativity performance.
Though Trevor tries to hand over the youngster to authorities, matters spiral out of control and he’s left responsible for the tiny tot.

Yet when an opportunity arises to look after a luxurious penthouse flat over the festive season, Trevor finds the temptation irresistible.
He must now balance caring for the infant whilst maintaining the property throughout Christmas, hoping to avoid the mayhem of his previous assignment.
Numerous admirers of Atkinson, who has achieved legendary status through his roles in Mr Bean and Blackadder, flocked to the comments beneath the trailer to express their enthusiasm.
One viewer wrote: “The sequel we didn’t know we needed” alongside two crying with laughter emojis. Another viewer commented: “This is going to be great to watch with my family at Christmas.”
A third viewer remarked: “I loved Man vs. Bee, so Man vs. Baby… I’ll give it a watch. Rowan Atkinson is a delight to watch whether for his on-screen performances or just hearing his voice bringing characters to life. Whatever comes, I certainly hope it is a rather enjoyable program.”
