Strictly Come Dancing’s George Clarke has made his prediction on who could be the winner of the 2025 series

Youtuber George Clarke believes Alex Kingston or Vicky Pattison will win the current series of Strictly Come Dancing.
The star, who is taking part in the BBC show alongside professional dancer Alexis Warr, has been impressing the judges with his own moves but he thinks the Glitterball trophy could go to either Alex or Vicky, reports the Mirror.
In an interview with The Independent, George and Alexis shared their thoughts on who might win, and George said: “See it’s such an insanely competitive, in the sense that the dancing’s good, such a competitive competition that really anybody could. But, I think I’d love to see Alex or Vicky do it personally if I had to put my money on anyone.”
Alexis, however, found it harder to pick a potential winner.

She commented: “I think for me again all of them bring something so special and so I don’t really have an answer for this one just because I can see anyone doing it because it is such a close compact scoring.
“Like everyone is so talented and brings something so special so I think it could be anyone’s quite honestly.”
The judges, meanwhile, couldn’t seem to agree on their opinions of George’s dance this week. Whilst head judge Shirley Ballas heaped praise on George’s footwork, fellow panellist Craig Revel Horwood remained unconvinced.

Shirley declared George was “back with a bang for sure”, commending his “natural turns, reverse turns” and excellent stride from his opening step. She highlighted his “lovely shape” throughout the routine, describing it as some of “the best footwork” she’d witnessed in a Viennese Waltz.
“Your best dance,” she concluded.

Craig, however, disagreed, stating: “I don’t agree. I don’t think the footwork was that perfect, I’ve got to be honest.”
Shirley visibly bristled at his assessment, standing firm on her evaluation of George’s performance. “We’re just going to have to agree to disagree on that,” Craig responded.
