Restaurants across Oregon will be honoring those who have served in the United States military with free meals and discounts on Veterans Day.
Veterans Day is Nov. 11, and is observed by many Oregon businesses and state offices to honor and celebrate Americans who have served in the U.S. armed forces.
Restaurants will also be celebrating veterans by offering free meals and extending discounts to veterans and current military personnel on Nov. 11. Most restaurants will require proof of service, such as a military ID.
