A prominent Kansas City law firm, Foster Wallace Personal Injury Lawyers, is launching an initiative titled “12 Days of Giving,” aimed at supporting local organizations during the holiday season. The campaign will see the firm donating $1,000 daily for 12 consecutive days to selected nonprofits and community causes, totaling $12,000 in donations.
The initiative reflects the firm’s commitment to community involvement and is grounded in the founders’ dedication to giving back. Co-founding partner Brian Wallace expressed the firm’s deep connection to the Kansas City community, emphasizing the importance of stepping up in support of local needs. “Kansas City is a special place. It’s a city that still feels like a small town where people look out for one another and lend a hand when it’s needed most,” Wallace stated. He noted that the campaign is part of a broader goal to contribute positively to the community.
Nominations for deserving organizations opened on November 6 and will be accepted until November 23 at 11:59 PM. Community members are encouraged to submit nominations for local nonprofits that provide essential services such as food, shelter, and education. Only one nomination per email is permitted, and organizations must serve areas within the Kansas City metro region, which includes communities in both Missouri and Kansas. Starting December 1, the law firm will announce one winner daily for 12 days. Each selected organization will receive a donation of $1,000, aimed at supporting their missions during the holiday season.
