The former cabin crew member, 33, used his speech to rehash fears over Keye’s behaviour, following a furious row over a cat cafe date during their homestays.

The pair, who seemed to have patched things up in the last commitment ceremony, now appear to be on the rocks at the last hurdle of the experiment, after Davide revealed he felt “left behind” by his lover.
In the emotional final vows scene, which airs on E4 tonight (Wednesday), Davide told Keye: “I have never had anyone make me feel as wanted and desired as you do.
“There definitely have been moments where you have been loud. But not because of your way of being, but because of the way you show me your love.”
His tone quickly turned though as he rehashed their huge homestays row.

“When it was time for me to show you my world and life in Horsham, I was gutted that it ended the way it did,” Davide continued.
“When someone walks away from me, as you did, I felt disrespected and left behind. And if I’m honest, I don’t know if I can handle that again.”
The fresh bombshell has sparked doubts around whether the couple have remained together following the E4 reality show.
Fans had already been speculating around the pair’s relationship status – noting that both appear distant online.
Keye was left squirming this week after he was asked point blank whether he’s still with Davide, while being grilled by Tiktok star HardZillaa.
Blushing at the question, he laughed and teased: “You know I can’t answer that question. But what I can tell you is we are both very happy.
“I just can’t confirm or deny whether that is individually or together.”
When one of the hosts joked they could “see it in his eyes” Keye said: “All you can see in my eyes is love, and that could just be self-love.”
While the couple are banned from talking about their relationship status until the series is over, fans have started questioning if they were able to make it work outside the show.
On TikTok, fans have come to believe that they’ve now split – noting they’ve both stopped commenting on each other’s social media posts, and have appeared distant.
“It gives individually, but they’re still good friends,” wrote one.
“Obviously they’re not together,” said a second.

Throughout the series, Keye and Davide were one of the show’s strongest couples, with only minor differences and arguments coming up during the experiment.
Their biggest row came over a visit to a cat cafe during homestays week, with Keye less than impressed with his husband’s choice of date venue.
Keye immediately expressed his disappointment at the surprise, telling producers: “My idea of a surprise is going to get diamonds or maybe a nice glass of champagne, not cats.”
The argument later spilled over to Davide, with the pair having an on-screen clash over their future, considering Davide having pet cats.

However, by the commitment ceremony they appeared to have buried their differences.
Viewers will have to wait to see the fate of the pair in their final vows, along with the other remaining couples, which will air Thursday and Friday.
