Does Chase die in Dispatch?

Despite being romantic, funny, and never scared of a good conflict, Dispatch doesn’t hold back on heartbreaking scenes, and Chase’s death at the end of Episode 6 is no different.

At the end, we see Chase rescue Vis and drop to the ground shortly after, with Vis unable to wake him, and Robert on the way.
So, technically, we don’t see him die properly, but given the lore that’s been established, that he ages faster when he uses his powers, it stands to reason that this is indeed a sacrifice that costs Chase’s life.
