Lindenwood Men’s Basketball fell on Monday night at Saint Louis by a final score of 109-66. Jadis Jones finished with a team-high 16 points on 8-9 shooting, while Dontrez Williams scored 13 points with 11 of those coming in the second half in his season debut. Turnovers were costly for the Lions in the contest with the Billikens, committing 24 turnovers that led to 34 points for SLU. Despite all the turnovers, Lindenwood forced 20 turnovers of their own as Williams led the team on the defensive side of the ball with four turnovers and added two blocks.

Scouting Charleston Southern
Charleston Southern enters the Alabama A&M MTE with an overall record of 2-1. After falling on the road to Virginia Tech in the season opener on November 3rd, the Buccaneers have won their last two games at home against Toccoa Falls and on the road at the The Citadel. The Bucs are led in scoring by Redshirt Junior Guard Brycen Blaine, who is scoring 25.3 points per game. Blaine scored 42 points in the win over The Citadel on Monday, and shot 61.5% from the three point line in that contest (8/13). Defensively, Charleston Southern gives up an average of 85 points per game, and forces nine turnovers a game. The Lions will match up with Charleston Southern for the first time ever on Friday night in Huntsville, Alabama.

Scouting Alabama A&M
Alabama A&M is 1-1 on the 2025-26 season, with their lone win on the season coming at home in their season opener against Blue Mountain Christian by a score of 80-60. The Bulldogs dropped their second game of the season at Indiana by a score of 98-51 in their most recent matchup to enter the MTE with a .500 record. Alabama A&M is led offensively by Guards Peyton Daniels Sr. and James Graham III, who both have appeared in their season opening game at home against Blue Mountain and both scored 18 points. Daniels Sr. made six three pointers in the season opener while Graham III shot 8-14 from the field.
