Brooke Bellamy, the TikTok star who founded Brooki Bakehouse, says her business has survived being cancelled amid facing plagiarism accusations this year and now plans to open 100 stores globally after securing funding from royalty in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
The Brisbane baker, who has over 2 million followers on social media, has secured a $25 million investment from Arada, a property developer co-owned by Saudi Arabia’s Prince Al Waleed bin Talal and Ahmed Al Qasimi, a member of the royal family in the emirate of Sharjah.
