A 28-year-old Cobourg man is facing charges after police responded to a neighbour dispute.
On November 11, 2025 at approximately 9:30 p.m., police attended an apartment complex in the east end of
Cobourg after it was reported that a man was outside uttering threats at people inside the home.
As a result of the investigation, a 28-year-old man was arrested on scene and charged with uttering threats. The
accused was released on an undertaking with a future court date.

A 41-year-old Cobourg woman is facing charges after police observed a group loitering on private property
Tuesday morning.
On November 11, 2025, at approximately 8:10 a.m., police on general patrol in the area of King Street West and
Division Street in Cobourg observed an individual wanted on an outstanding warrant from another police
service. The 41-year-old Cobourg woman was arrested. During the arrest, police located a quantity of suspected
fentanyl. The woman was charged with one count of possession of schedule 1 substance (Fentanyl). The female
was held for bail and subsequently remanded into custody.
The Cobourg Police Service notes that since November 2024, the accused has been arrested 20 times with 20
criminal charges. In total, police have had 74 interactions with the accused in the past year.

A 37-year-old Cobourg man is facing charges after police responded to a suspicious person call.
On November 11, 2025 at approximately 2:50 p.m., police responded to the area of Division Street and
Chapel Street in Cobourg regarding two suspicious individuals. One individual was wanted on an outstanding
warrant.
As a result, a 37-year-old Cobourg man was arrested. During the arrest, police located suspected Fentanyl. The
man was charged with possession of a schedule 1 substance (Fentanyl). The accused was released on an
undertaking with a future court date.

A 40-year-old Cobourg man is facing charges after police responded to a disturbance on Tuesday afternoon.
On November 11, 2025 at approximately 3:25 p.m., police responded to a commercial building in the area of
University Avenue West and Spring Street in Cobourg regarding two individuals going through vehicles on the
commercial property.
As a result of the investigation, a 40-year-old Cobourg man was arrested. During the arrest, police located a
small quantity of suspect Fentanyl. The man was charged with possession of a schedule 1 substance (Fentanyl).
The accused was released by way of an undertaking.

Two Cobourg residents are facing charges after police responded to a disturbance on Tuesday afternoon.
On November 11, 2025 at approximately 4:50 p.m., police responded to a residence in the area of Elgin Street
East and D’Arcy Street in Cobourg regarding two individuals involved in a dispute.
As a result of the police investigation, a 34-year-old Cobourg man was arrested and charged with assault and
uttering threats – damage property and held for bail and subsequently remanded into custody.
A 36-year-old Cobourg woman was arrested and charged for assault and was released by way of an
undertaking.
