65 years ago today, 6-year-old Ruby Bridges along with three others became the first African Americans to help integrate white-only elementary schools in New Orleans. Today thousands of students across the country are honoring that moment in history by walking to their schools. Bella Kunde is outside John Sloat Elementary school as students prepare to walk.
