Qualifiers, friendlies… The schedule for AS Monaco’s internationals

During the November international break, 15 professional players or players from the Academy joined their respective national teams, with the end of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers and friendly matches on the schedule.
The November international break is already here! After a week marked by victory in Bodo/Glimt in the Champions League (0-1) and defeat against RC Lens in Ligue 1 Mcdonald’s (1-4), no fewer than 15 players from the first team or academy have joined their national teams. So, as we approach this fortnight packed with qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup and the U21 European Championship, here’s the schedule for our international players! 📆
Qualifiers are drawing to a close 🌍
It’s the final stretch to reach the 2026 World Cup. Among those involved is Maghnes Akliouche, once again called up to the French national team after his decisive performance during the last international break. Lukáš Hrádecký (Finland) will also be in contention for the World Cup, and his country’s fate will be decided after the final two Euro matches, crucial in the race for a spot.

A reunion amidst World Cup preparations 🤝
Most national teams now know their fate and are preparing for the big event. This is the case for Mohammed Salisu (Ghana) and Taki’ Minamino (Japan), who will meet for a friendly match on Friday, November 14th in Japan.
Meanwhile, Aleksandr Golovin (Russia), Caio Henrique (Brazil), and Folarin Balogun (USA) will play friendly matches to best prepare for the biggest competition of all, which will begin in less than eight months.
